Fundraising Update

Hello everyone!

Being able to talk with our friends, family, and alumni network is truly a wonderful part of being in the Virginia Women’s Chorus! For our Annual Fund Drive in mid-September, old and new members took turns calling our incredible network to ask for donations to help the chorus continue our tradition of excellence. We are so thankful for your generous support, and your patience on the phone! I know quite a few members who were anxious to get on the phone with a stranger, ended their call being delighted to have talked about the Chorus with our friends and alumni! All donations made before November 7th will be included in our Candlelight Concerts programs. 

As we look ahead to our Candlelight Concerts, it is also time to start thinking about Ad and Poinsettia Orders! Our concert programs offer the opportunity to advertise your business or celebrate your beloved chorus member. If you are interested in purchasing an Ad please reach out to vwcfundraising@gmail.com by November 7th with your formatted ad to be included in the program. We offer a variety of sizes and prices:

Full Page Ad (8.5” x 11”): $100

Half Page Ad (8.5” x 5.5”): $50

Quarter Page Ad (4.25” x 5.5”): $25

The money can be sent to the Chorus by cash, check, or Venmo. Our Venmo handle is @VWChorus. If you send a cash or check by mail, our address is:
